2004 Health Conditions, Disability and Mortality Estimates (.zip)
This zip-compressed archive file contains three (3) files:
Health Status and Disability Estimates (.xls): Based on 2004 detailed local population estimates by US Census Bureau and national incidence rates of chronic diseases and disability conditions, this file provides age-based estimates of local population in Virginia with chronic health condition(s).
Mortality Estimates (.xls): Based on 2004 Census estimates of local population and national age-adjusted mortality rates by cause of death, this file provides age-based estimates of expected 2004 deaths, by cause of death, for local adult (age 45 and over) populations in Virginia.
2000-2004 Detailed Local Population Estimates (.zip):
This is a "zip-compressed" large Excel spreadsheet workbook file that contains four worksheets:
